What evidence can and cannot do
Evidence supports decision-making, but importers should still review product quality, legal terms, certifications, payments, logistics, and customs risks carefully.
Admin release controls
Raw evidence from FMS remains admin-only until selected files are reviewed and released to the importer.

Common questions before starting
Will I see factory contact details?
Not automatically. Factory contact details are sensitive and admin-only unless a future approved package/workflow explicitly allows release.
Can I talk directly to the FMS?
No. Importers and FMSs do not communicate directly. Admin controls communication so importer contact details and FMS contact details stay protected.
When does FMS work begin?
FMS work begins only after payment is verified and admin approves the Import Project for assignment. Unpaid leads are follow-up records only.
