What is an FMS?
An FMS is a Factory Match Specialist. FMSs help find suitable factories for assigned Import Projects, collect quotations and evidence, and submit factory options to the platform.
FMSs do not communicate directly with importers and do not receive importer personal contact details.
What work FMSs do
FMS work may include reviewing product requirements, researching factories, checking basic reliability signals, collecting factory-side photos/videos, preparing quotation notes, and submitting evidence for admin review.
- Review assigned project requirements
- Research relevant Chinese factories
- Collect factory data and product evidence
- Submit structured options through the platform
- Respond to admin feedback and revision requests
Why join ChinaPak ImportHub
The platform brings structured Pakistani importer demand into a controlled workflow. FMSs receive assigned projects instead of finding every foreign client independently.
Admin review protects quality, privacy, and communication boundaries for both sides.
FMS Academy and certification
Before paid work, FMS candidates should complete onboarding covering platform workflow, confidentiality, anti-bypass rules, factory verification basics, and evidence standards.
